Meet the Alaskan Leprechaun!

This is Danny Shannon, the Alaskan Leprechaun.  Not only is he the Alaskan Leprechaun, but he's also, the self-proclaimed "world's tallest leprechaun", at 6'9".

He's a Baptist preacher in Alaska who makes beautiful stained glass windows for you!

The studios of the Alaskan Leprechaun are located in beautiful, "downtown", Homer, Alaska.  Stop by and visit for a spell!

Homer is the Halibut fishing capital of the world.  Here's a photo of a scene you don't see every day:  Jumping Halibut!

In my home and in my shop, I have a variety of assistants!

These eagles are in my back yard!

If you ever wonder what makes Alaska so dear to those who live here and those who wish they did, here are a few pictures.
That's not yours truly with that bear, but they really do get that big!
To the left is my son in July.  Admittedly, it was on a glacier.  It's not really cold all year 'round.

To the right is something you don't see outside of Alaska very often.  Yes, that's really a moose hanging in the power lines.  If you want to know how he got there, email me and I'll tell you.

And now, some photos of me and my family.

To the left is me with my three kids.  Aren't they beautiful?  My wife wouldn't pose.

To the right, if you're brave, you can get a good view of what the Alaskan Leprechaun looks like.

To the left here, is me when I was a lot younger.  The older I get, the better I was.

To the right is a Springtime photo of me holding an Inland grinder.  Read my products page to see why I sell only Inland grinders.

Here's the car that I traveled 5,000 miles to get.  My wife says that it's the last car she'll ever let me buy because it was so much trouble to get.  I'll just have to talk her into letting me buy a Mark V Supra next year.  (Maybe I should just surprise her with it; it's always easier to get forgiveness than permission!)

(My wife saw this and now I am in trouble!)

Here's a flower that I've included simply because I think it's neat.  It's a Peruvian daffodil, and my wife used to grow them.  Perhaps she could start again.  She certainly loves flowers! I've also included, for my own personal amusement, a friend of mine getting tasered.  (Tased?)  Looks like fun, doesn't it?

Last, but not least, one of the great things about living here is the view from our dump!  Where else in America can you take the trash out and see a sight such as this?
